Send us your CV by email or using the form below. We recruit mainly in April and May each year, ahead of a September course start. This gives us time to run a three-month trial period so you can get settled before your formal studies begin.
You’ll join a structured induction and be matched with a dedicated on-site or in-office mentor from day one. You’ll also be supported by Emma Allison, our Apprenticeship Ambassador, who acts as a central point of contact between you, your manager, and your college.
Every apprenticeship includes one day per week of off-the-job training through one of our partner colleges or training providers. The rest of your time is spent doing real, meaningful work alongside experienced colleagues.
Regular reviews every 10 to 12 weeks keep you on track and help identify opportunities to take on more responsibility. Outstanding performers can be fast-tracked into supervisory roles, even before completing their qualification.
Complete your End-Point Assessment with City and Guilds and earn a nationally recognised qualification, and a potential full-time role.
We also sit on the apprenticeship advisory board at Tyne Coast College, helping to shape curriculums that reflect real industry needs.

A dedicated mentor
Every apprentice is paired with a qualified mentor who provides technical guidance, career advice, and day-to-day support on-site or in the office. This ensures that you will always have someone with relevant experience nearby to answer any questions you have.
A central point of contact
Emma Allison, our Apprenticeship Ambassador and a former apprentice herself, meets with every apprentice every 10 to 12 weeks. She’s the link between you, your college tutor, and your line manager, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Flexibility
your interests or strengths evolve during your apprenticeship, we’ll adapt. We’ve moved apprentices between departments, supported role changes, and funded further qualifications, because we’d rather find the right fit than lose great talent.
Wellbeing support
Mental health matters to us. Multiple team members, including apprentices, are trained Mental Health First Aiders. We run a company-wide Health and Wellbeing Day and actively encourage a culture of openness and respect.
Kiera Short joined straight from school as a Business Administration apprentice. After completing her Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, she was promoted to Service Co-ordinator, overseeing scheduling and customer service across the business.

Finlay Thomson started in business admin and showed a natural talent for finance. We supported his move into the accounts department mid-apprenticeship. He’s now a core member of our finance team and has just completed his Level 4 AAT qualification.

Emma Allison completed her Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship and quickly showed strengths in people management. We supported her transition into HR, and she’s now completing a Level 6 Chartered Manager Degree, all by the age of 24. She now leads our apprenticeship programme and speaks at schools and colleges across the region.

“Since joining Quora Group as a business admin apprentice, I’ve progressed to training as a fully qualified accountant. The environment encourages and supports development. It’s a great place to work.”
