Bank House – The 1st phase of Pilgrim Place, which when complete will house 3 office buildings, is a new build, high rise Grade A office accommodation located at the heart of Newcastle City Centre.

For Quora Group, it represents a significant landmark in both our continued involvement surrounding major projects within the North East Area & our expanding relationship with NG Bailey & Bowmer & Kirkland.

Quora Group were contracted to carry out the installation of Mechanical Services, consisting of a Roof Top Plant Room, LTHW Heating, Domestic & Gas Services Distribution, along with the Supply & Installation of a full Sanitary ware package.

As with most City Centre sites, some of the main challenges faced are logistical, involving material deliveries due to existing infrastructure. This along with an important drive towards an exemplary standard of Health & Safety for both site operatives & the general public. Successfully reporting zero incidents & accidents throughout the entirety of the project; we believe this challenge was embraced & achieved.

Set to open spring 2023, Bank House has been a rewarding project on both a management & installation level, due to a mix of complex design systems & a high level of specification to materials, sanitary ware & plant items.
