Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising with project teams & clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and ensuring these demands are met.
  • Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information, ensuring all elements are aligned for successful project execution.
  • Supporting the procurement process for the project, ensuring that all necessary materials and resources are available when required.
  • Working closely with the Project Managers & Site Teams to ensure Health & Safety requirements are met utilising company systems & procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation and management of project budgets, analysing associated risks and opportunities & presenting findings to Project Management Team.
  • Monitoring Subcontract supply chain, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, records, plans, and reports.
  • Supporting Project Teams with conducting quality assurance checks, to ensure all standards and requirements are met.
  • Provide Client Support during all Project warranty periods.
  • Preparation & submittal of client pre-qualification questionnaires and safe systems in procurement documentation.
  • Prepare and monitor information required for maintaining ISO accreditations.


Other duties:

Provide support for Administrative Tasks within the Department such as;

  • Provide a professional first point of contact for clients & suppliers via Telecoms & email.
  • Carry out booking of necessary accommodation for out of area projects.
  • Attending department meetings, annotate minutes/records and distribute to all relevant parties.
  • Catalogue & issue monthly Live Hire Plant Reports for all Projects.
  • Manage Vehicle Fleet maintenance.
  • Supervise Staff Training Matrix, update & arrange new Courses to suit.
  • Monitor & catalogue Department Uniform & PPE as required.
  • Produce monthly Group Newsletter.

Assisting with the managing & development of administrative apprentices within the department & group.

Other such reasonable duties within the general scope of the job title, at managers direction.
