“My current role within Quora Group is Service Coordinator within the service, maintenance and small works department. I first joined Quora Group in 2019 after leaving school on completion of my A levels. My original role within the Group was a Business Administration apprentice, and I have been successful in completing both Level two and Level three qualifications in Business Admin
whilst here.Since progressing to my current position of Service Coordinator, my role includes the management of diaries and the scheduling of jobs, both reactive and planned and liaising with the engineers and clients daily to provide the highest level of service. Other aspects of my role are producing quotes, ordering materials and general administration – working with the 3 other members of the team in the Service department.
Quora Group has grown rapidly but steadily in my employment term, and I am proud to be part of a successful company and I am very grateful to be given this opportunity. I have gained good experience in individual responsibility and decision making and have become fully aware of the important of working within a team since starting the role back in 2019.
